Important technical requirements for lithium iron phosphate batteries

(1) Operating temperature range

The battery is used at the following ambient temperatures:

Charging environment temperature: 10℃~55℃;

Discharge ambient temperature: 20℃~60℃.

(2) Electrical properties

The performance of the cells within the battery module is consistent.

All batteries in a battery module are products of the same manufacturer, have the same structure and chemical composition, and should meet the following requirements:

A. The difference between the maximum static open circuit voltage and the minimum static open circuit voltage between the batteries in the battery module is not more than 0.05v;

b The difference between the maximum and minimum values ​​of the static internal resistance of each cell battery module shall meet: the absolute value of the deviation shall not exceed 0.5mw if the value is less than 10 MW, and the deviation of the value shall not exceed 5% of the average value, if The value is more than 10 MW;(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)

C. The difference between the maximum capacity and the minimum capacity of each battery in the battery module shall not exceed the average value. 1%.

(3) Yield retention rate

The capacity of the battery pack shall not be less than 95% of the rated capacity.

(4) Cycle life

The service life of the battery pack should be 800 times to 2000 times.

(5) High temperature accelerated aging life

The battery pack is charged and discharged according to the regulations, and there is no obvious deformation, corrosion, smoke or explosion in appearance, and the test cycle is not less than 52 times.

(6) Electromagnetic compatibility

A. Electrostatic discharge immunity. The battery pack meets the requirements of GB/t17626.2-2006 Grade 4; after the test, its appearance should have no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it should work normally.

B. Limits of conducted interference. The battery pack complies with the requirements of YD/t983-1998 Class B; after the test, its appearance should have no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it can work normally.

C. Radiated perturbation limit. The battery pack complies with the requirements of YD/t983-1998 Class B; after the test, its appearance should have no obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it can work normally.

D. Surge (shock) disturbance resistance. The battery pack meets the requirements of category 4 of GB/t17626.5-2008; after the test, its appearance should be free from obvious deformation, leakage, smoke or explosion, and it should work normally.

(7) Battery management function

A: Display accuracy. The battery pack is equipped with a dedicated battery management system (BMS). The error between the parameter values ​​displayed by the BMS and the actual parameter values ​​of the battery pack should meet the requirements in Table 1.

B. Temperature compensation function. Battery pack charging should have temperature compensation.

(8) Monitoring function

Answer: Communication interface. The battery pack should have standard communication interfaces such as RS232 or rs485/422, IP, and USB. The communication protocol refers to the communication protocol of the battery detection device in YD/T1363.3.

Monitoring content. The battery pack shall have the following real-time monitoring functions:

Telemetry: battery capacity (SOC), battery/battery voltage, battery/battery current, environment/battery/PCBA board (optional)/battery temperature (optional), battery charge and discharge current, battery internal resistance (optional), battery Health status SOH (optional), etc.
